Samsung Galaxy S II

Today’s announcement by Samsung is another testimony of the massive interest generated by their Galaxy S II phone. They’ve announced that mobile carriers globally have pre-ordered Galaxy S II in excess of 3 million units, making it one of the highest pre-orders for Samsung.

As known earlier, Samsung plans to release the latest Android flagship in over 120 countries via 140 mobile operators. Galaxy S II is already on sale in South Korea and UK and is expected to reach many more countries this month.

Galaxy S II runs Android 2.3 OS and is powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core CPU, 4.3-inch Super AMOLED display, 8MP camera with 1080p video recording and playback, GPS, Wi-Fi with Wi-Fi Direct support, Bluetooth 3.0 etc.
